Technical FAQ's
1. If your image seems blurry or video feed occasionally stalls
You may need to manually decrease the resolution of your stream. To do this, hover your mouse over the lower right hand side of the video player and look for the gear icon. Click on this gear and choose a lower resolution
2. If you are hearing duplicate or overlapping sound
You may have two browsers open. Please close one of your internet browsers and it should play correctly.
3. If you are having issues seeing the live stream or the webpage
For an optimal experience we recommend participating from a desktop or laptop computer with broadband wired/wireless access. You will be able to connect to audio via your computer.
- Use Chrome (recommended), Firefox, or Safari browsers
- Disconnect from a VPN (Virtual Private Network)
- Check firewalls. If you are in the office, try another network (some offices have robust firewalls that will block some virtual features)
- Some work computers block certain video sources. If you have the option to use a personal device, we recommend this option
- Clear your web browser history and cache.
- If you are still having trouble accessing stream, make sure your cookie settings in chrome are set to "block third party cookies incognito"
- Check your Internet Connection
- Close any other tabs that may be using a lot of bandwidth.
- If you are at home, make sure you are not also using streaming services like Netflix, etc. that could impact your available bandwidth
- Use a hard-wired internet connection, if possible
- If you have to use WIFI, make sure you are close to the WIFI device

To make commenting more fun, access emojis on your desktop device. Access the emoji keyboard by pressing Windows Key + ; on a PC and Command + Control + Space on a Mac.
